- Click CMD J (this copies the layer)
- Click CMD I (this inverts the photo)
- Click the box saying 'Normal' to change the blend of it to 'Soft light' and 'Hard light'.
- Click Filter, Filter gallery
- filter, liquify (Shift CMD X)

- Bloat tool, adjust brush size, and click.
